As the artist states, "I treated shock and horror events starting with the bombardment of Kuwait 11.May 1991 after a picture in Weekend FT; depicting the burning oil wells an environmental and humanitarian disaster. September 2001, The apocalyptic dimensions of the event are clearly depicted in the two mixed media application slogan ‘Why I & II’ and ‘The Attack I & II’ and culminating in the bombardment of Bagdad on 21st. March 2003." This artwork captures a pivotal moment in history, transformed into a stunning piece of art.
